Just a short stroll to the sand, it’s the perfect base for beach-loving families (pets welcome too!) looking to unwind in style and soak up the charm of this peaceful seaside pocket.



The Space:

Accommodating up to 8 guests, this light-filled home is thoughtfully styled and fully equipped for your stay. Whether you’re relaxing in the hammock, soaking up the sun, or enjoying a quiet morning coffee before a walk to the beach, you’ll have everything you need for a laid-back and memorable coastal escape.



BEDROOMS CONFIGURATION:

1) Master bedroom: King bed

2) Second bedroom: Bunk bed (double bed on the bottom and single bed on top), king single bed

3) Living room: Sofa bed – will be made up for bookings of 7 or 8 guests, or can be prepared upon request. If you'd prefer to set it up yourself during your stay, fresh linen and bedding are stored conveniently in the sofa’s built-in storage.



Travel cot with linen available at the property for you to set up.

Guest Access:

You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself.



Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your arrival for security reasons).



Check in from after 3 PM

Check out before 10 AM



Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is subject to availability for an extra fee.



Other Things to Note:

Please note, out of respect for our neighbours all guests must comply with council regulations. This property is not suitable for parties, events or gatherings of any type. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply. Neighbours have our phone number and report any disturbance immediately for us to take action.



HOUSE RULES:

- no smoking inside

- pets allowed (excl. furniture)

- no parties/events

- no extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking

- no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM)
