Casita Bonita is charming, unique, warm and welcoming. Booking it was super easy: great communication, tips and details about the house and getting there - wonderful hospitality!
We are a family of four (boys 8 and 14), and the house was plenty big for us. Boys slept in twin beds in the downstairs "nook" - windows on both sides and ceiling fan made it cool and breezy at night. We loved the artsy, one-of-a-kind design and layout of the house; very open and airy. You get everything you need in the kitchen: fridge, stove, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, flatware, silverware, glasses of all kinds - everything we needed. Another big plus: water in big dispenser bottle was provided and replenished promptly: no schlepping from the supermarket. Impeccable maid service, down to arranging my little guy's stuffed animals lovingly on his bed :)
The house comes with canoes and boogie boards - very big plus!! Out front (on the beach) are big umbrellas and chaises.
We loved talking to Guy, the owner, who came around gave us great tips about local sights (Coba, Saliman Bay, cenotes etc).
This is a wonderful house - grab it if you can (I might beat you to it!!)
