Nestled in the quiet forest setting is the Bigwood community, this 1 bedroom +
loft, 2 bath mountain retreat offers an upgraded spacious layout with all the
amenities you will need. Close to the Sierra Star golf course, a short ride or
walk to Mammoth Mountain’s Eagle Lodge, the location is close and convenient
for access, but quiet and removed from the thoroughfare of town. The condo is
on the third story so you can enjoy natural light, and forest views, and
offers a two story floorplan. On the main entry level is the living room with
50” Smart TV with large sectional with a sleeper sofa, and a pellet stove to
efficiently heat the condo while providing that cozy setting. A nook where you
can enjoy your morning coffee, or some afternoon reading, or play one of the
many family games the home is stocked with. The private deck leads off from
the dining area with outdoor patio furniture. The full kitchen offers
stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything to prepare
family meals, a Keurig coffee maker, with seating for 6 in the dining space.
An additional office desk space allows you to work or school remotely. On the
main floor is the primary suite featuring a King bed, TV with access to a full
bathroom in the hall with a tiled tub/shower combo. On the upper level is the
open plan loft, perfect for the kiddos or additional guests. It features two

is also private laundry upstairs with a stacked washer and dryer, providing
all the comforts of home. The condo has an assigned detached shared garage
