The house is beautiful, but we had a lot of things break during our stay, like replacing the hot water tank, broken garage door, tile falling off in the master shower and having to reset the breaker multiple times because things would stop working, like the garbage disposal. The property manager was responsive if it was during business hours. Since the office is closed on the weekends, it was frustrating since that's when vacationers are moving in and out for the week. And when we noticed majority of the issues. We did call the emergency line once due to the hot water issue but the other issues had to wait until someone responded to us during normal business hours. It was very distracting and frustrating when you are trying to enjoy your vacation. Again, the house was amazing. Clean, beautiful and great location. I just wish the property manager was available during move in and move out days.
