The Space:
Step aboard this charming waterfront home that blends comfort with nature. Located on the ground floor, the space offers easy access and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. The upper unit remains vacant, adding to your privacy throughout your stay.
Bedroom: The king-size bed faces large windows with serene intercoastal waterway views, letting in natural light and creating a calm, airy feel. Storage and climate control add to your comfort.
Bathroom: The full bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet with essential toiletries provided for convenience.
Living Area: A cozy living room features two smart TVs for entertainment, a ceiling fan, and comfortable seating to unwind after a day outdoors.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances including stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and dining table. Cook or dine with ease using provided cookware and utensils. There is no oven in this kitchen.
Outdoor Spaces: Step outside to a private patio and backyard featuring outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a BBQ grill with utensils (charcoal not included), plus a dock and private pool available year-round. Free street parking is available.

- A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.
- Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. The property manager can provide complete terms regarding the guest verification. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
- The pool is for your exclusive use during your stay.
- This is a detached guest house—please note that the owner resides in the main house.
- There are outdoor security cameras installed for safety and monitoring purposes.
- You’ll be staying on the lower level of the guest house. The upstairs apartment is not occupied during your visit.
- The pool is cleaned weekly, but since it’s uncovered, it may collect leaves or debris in between cleanings. It’s still perfectly fine to swim in—just don’t expect it to be spotless at all times.
- No more than 2 cars are allowed.
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- There is no daily housekeeping, but cleaning services can be arranged for a fee.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.
- Pets or any kind of animal are not allowed.
- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.
