Welcome to your Colorado Springs basecamp—set in a quiet neighborhood directly across from Bear Creek Regional Park, with trail access just steps away and downtown only minutes from your door. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is ideal for families, friend groups, and work-cations seeking both outdoor access and city convenience.



Start your day with a walk or bike ride through acres of open space and playgrounds, then head out for a short drive to Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, The Broadmoor, or Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. It was “awesome” per the words of our 3 year old grandson! The house was roomy enough for the 6 of us to not get in each other’s space. The location was great for our activity list for the week. Would definitely stay in the “blue house” again!

Loved the property. It was spacious, modern, beautifully staged, well stocked and convenient to local tourist sights. We had everything needed to be comfortable and entertained with 6 teenagers and 4 adults. It is also set to be great for younger families with small children with a fun outdoor playhouse, hammock and other amminities. Definitely a great stay.

Great Stay at Beta Loop

The house at Beta Loop is beautiful and well maintained and centrally located to all fun things in Colorado Springs! Easily can sleep 10 people and the spaces are well thought out and designed so a large family can have a great time (pool table, corn hole, hammock in the backyard), or girlfriends can cozy up in front of the fireplace and chat the night away. The host was attentive and ensured we had a fantastic stay! A bonus is the large garage where we were able to park our vehicle out of the elements. The house is a few blocks away from a beautiful trail head. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Family Trip

This property has it all! I loved the layout of the home, the beautiful rooms, the family games, all of it. My family and I spent a week and had all the luxuries of home. I enjoy cooking while on vacation and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials. There were plenty of towels, washcloths, and everything you need to be comfortable. I would stay here again!

Outstanding Home and Host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay! The house is spacious, very clean and has many amenities including house provided coffee and tea and a pool table! Krista is an excellent host and communicator. We would definitely recommend !!

Great Location

Great Location and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and has great access to trails across the street. They also have lots of guest comforts like coffee including decaf. My only negative is some sauce or larger Pots would be a great addition. We hope to stay here on our several trips planned this year.

Broadmoor

We loved staying at your property. This is a family friendly property for all ages. The outdoor space was very nice and we were able to relax. This property was in a quiet neighborhood but close to all of the places we wanted to see. We would stay again should the opportunity arise.

Top notch home & host!

Pictures are accurate of this beautiful clean home. Our host, Krista, was very responsive to any questions/concerns. There was more than enough space for our family of 3 adult children and our son and soon to be daughter in law. The house had everything you need from bathroom, cleaning needs to a fully stocked kitchen (cookware). We will definitely book again when we come back.

Clean beautiful home in a nice neighborhood

Krysta is a responsive & wonderful host. Her home was extremely clean and pet friendly in a nice neighborhood. Short distances to many attractions. Our blended family of 6 had enough room & comfort. The pool table was a big hit with the 20 year olds. Thank you so much Krysta! We all had a memorable time:)

Fabulous house - close to the Broadmoor!

The spacious house was exactly as pictured, with every possible amenity, and beautifully decorated. The back patio was inviting and became our gathering place! We have rented many VRBO houses, but this one was the best we've ever encountered. Our host was one of the best, and we recommend this house to all! Wly house, and has to offer!

Everything and more

We were in town for my sister‘s wedding. A group of five adults. This house was perfect. Tucked away just enough but also close enough to everything too. We would 1000% stay here again! Owner was very sweet about my OCD as well we also loved the bedding so much. We will be ordering some for our home!

Exceptional Property

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The house is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The owner has thought of absolutely everything to make sure your stay is comfortable, from the cutest coffee bar to kids toys and outdoor games. The location was central to all of the big outdoor activities that we were interested in seeing on our trip. The host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Lovely home

This is a lovely, well appointed home centrally located to all of pikes peak amenities. The neighborhood is very quiet, with sidewalks making going for a run or dog walking very easy and safe. The outdoor space is fully fenced, nicely landscaped and makes for a nice soace for morning coffee, dining outdoors or relaxing by a fire in the evening. Indoors is well laid out allowing for family to spend time together enjoying a meal, playing a game of pool, playing games or just spending time together. I highly recommend.

Home away from home

We loved staying here. Plenty of room to sleep 9 comfortably. The master bedroom was amazing. They had tons of toys for little ones to play with for hours. The only thing that I would request would be portable fans for the upstairs bedrooms, (I left one there as I did not have room in my suitcase 😊), trash cans for the bedrooms and a pizza cutter. We could not find one🙈. We will definitely stay there again. The host was also amazing and worked with us on checking in early and getting us a monitor to set up for a work day that needed done by my daughter in law. Very quiet neighborhood.
