Very nice accommodations! Had a business event at The Broadmoor which was sold out so we stayed here which worked out extremely well. Only 5 minute drive away.

This home was perfect for our family. We were able to easily get to everything we wanted to see and do while in CS. The home was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and very charming. The pet friendly dog area was exactly what we needed to keep our pug happy and safe when we needed to leave her behind. We enjoyed feeding and watching the Koi fish as well as the mini Zen garden inside the house. The kitchen was well stocked with houseware and cooking utensils making preparing meals easy.

This home was absolutely spectacular. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. There was nothing we wanted for as far as the kitchen living room bathrooms. The owner is really spent a lot of time making it a home even for their visitors. I have been to many VRBO‘s in this by far with the best ever and exactly what we expected and more. I would highly highly recommend it.

Best Location!

This house is located in the most perfect location. Easy drive to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Broadmoor, downtown, Old Colorado City, etc. Just walking the neighborhood had AMAZING views. Grass was a little long in the backyard, so our dogs didn’t really want to run around, but everything else was PERFECT. Kitchen was also well stocked. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Colorado Springs.

Great place for extended family.

This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood with lots of room. We visited with our daughter and granddaughter and we appreciated the children's toys and books.

Great Stay in CO Springs

We really enjoyed our stay at Jim's home. We appreciated being able to stay in a nice quiet location that was still convenient to downtown Colorado Springs. The house was comfortable and all the essentials were provided. We also liked feeding the fish!
