There were 4 pigs left in the barn our entire stay w no food or water. The entire time. The house was very gross and a lot of things were broken. The code to get into the home was wrong and it took over an hour to get into the house. The field was not mowed and the reason we rented this property was for the ponds and we could not even walk down to the ponds.

No it was not up to our standards.There were bugs, dishes was still in the dishwasher,towels were in a pile on top of the dyer(took us awhile to find them) and the house smelled like mold.The house definitely was not ready for us , they didn’t have the ac on or even check it out prior to our visit.It was 90 degrees in the house. We had 12 people coming ,one was 93 years old and a brother in law , with breathing problems so with no ac we couldn’t do this. The first night we found another place to sleep . They worked on the ac but only had half of it working . We had a wedding the next day to go to so with all of us we needed to go to a hotel

Beautiful and well equipped home with beautiful outdoor area! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating! We stayed here for parents weekend and it did not disappoint! Beautiful, clean, spacious and well appointed! We will be back!

House was gorgeous with more than enough space for me and my family. Only complaint was that the master bathroom toilet needed to be clean. Somebody had used it prior to us being there and left something behind.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!!! We did not even get to stay at the property with the condition it is in. Now Evolve AI and VRBO deny our claim and will not refund money. This house should not be on a rental property site at all. Upon arrival when we walked through the front door the floor was so sticky that my brother in law came out of his sandals and they stuck to the floor. We ended up using Lysol wipes to clean the floor at first thinking it would be ok and maybe there was a mistake. Once we got to looking around we discovered a multitude of issues. Primary bedroom has possible mold in the ceiling photos will be uploaded. Broken tiles and nail in the floor of primary bathroom, kitchen was beyond nasty, with crumbs, hair, grease all all over the appliances and in them. Cobwebs full of bugs dead and alive throughout house. The back door going to deck the door jamb is broke and only the deadbolt can latch but is a high safety concern due to the busted jamb that can easily be entered. Stair spindles going to 2nd floor 1 is missing and 3 are broken causing safety concerns especially for small children. Upstairs is an oven it was 86 upon arrival with it set at 68. The 2nd floor has no insulation between the attic and walls causing the heat to radiate through the walls and doors. There was a feminine product in the floor of the bathroom upstairs. There was a clogged toilet upon arrival and the plunger was broke. So much more but can’t listen it all

Absolutely disgusting. The entire house was filthy and didn't look like it had been cleaned in months. The bathrooms including toilets were nasty. All the HVAC grilles and the filters were completely clogged, the refrigerator and the oven were filthy and the ice maker was broken. The floors and carpets were dirty and stained. The chairs at the kitchen table were broken, a few could not even be sat in. The entire house had a terrible musty smell to it. You could tell that this house had been added on to over the years. Most of the floors were uneven and there were several soft spots as well. I contacted the host upon arriving to inform them of the condition of the house and she did come out to try and assist. She was not the owner, only the host. She did the best she could but most of our party ended up leaving due to the condition of the house. This property should not be listed as a VRBO rental. It is beyond filthy and unsafe.

Before I give an accurate review of the property, let me say that the local property host, did visit us the morning after we checked in and did her best to make our stay acceptable. After contacting the property management, Evolve, the owner was given 24 hours to respond and he did offer a 20% refund on just the amount we paid in rental fees. No other fees we incurred were refunded.The house was absolutely filthy when we arrived. The toilets were nasty and the showers had clumps of hair and visible signs that they had not been cleaned. The bathroom floors had dried urine around the toilet. One of the beds have very evident white stains on the comforter. The floors had hair on the carpet and had obviously not been vacuumed. When we tried to use the vacuum ourselves, the filters and canister were clogged with dirt that had never been emptied. The refrigerator was dirty, and the drawers had dried stuff in them that looked like blood from meat. There were no wash cloths or hand towels. (which, after reporting this to the local host, she did bring us wash cloths and kitchen, dish towels, the next day.) We tried to request a refund so we could go stay at a hotel but we were told that they could only issue a refund if they could contact the owner. Luckily, the local family that we were visiting, assisted us, and we were able to wash all the bed linens and use a borrowed vacuum to clean the entire house. There were dead plants all around the house. They had not been watered.
