A spacious and family-friendly holiday home ideal for 2 families to share, with 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Relax in the spacious living room with plenty of seating for everyone, a fully equipped kitchen, and open-plan dining area.
The home is located in a family-friendly neighbourhood with a park just across the road.
Plenty of room for the kids to play outside in the large private backyard.

The layout consists of 3 double bedrooms all with queen beds and a bunk room with queen bed and 3 singles.

Access to full house. No garage

Ample off street parking for 4+ cars.
Local attractions include a 5min walk to the river, 4 square (mini supermarket), Cafe - Pembroke Patisserie and 5min drive into Wanaka town.

Great place to stay for two families. Plenty of space and handy location. Listing states games room, which there wasnt one in the house. There is a playstation and plenty og board games. Communication was very thorough and helpful.

Great property and location. Very comfortable. Stated that there was a games room - saw a pool table in the garage but was not accessible. No response from owner after messaging re a faulty bedroom heater.

This is a great family house. It has everything you need to relax and make the place feel like home. It's on a quiet back section - with a playground and 2 tennis courts right at the end of the driveway. And just around the corner is a Four Square shop and the famous Pembroke bakery.One comment however is that the fourth bedroom with the double bed and bunks is a throughfare from the living room through to two further bedrooms. So a bit of strategic planning is required as to who sleeps in this thoroughfare, when it is also the route to the toilet during the night. We coped fine though.
