SPICA301 is on the third floor, and there is no elevator in the building. Please note that we are unable to provide luggage carrying assistance. We kindly recommend guests to plan accordingly.

In accordance with Japanese customs, shoes must be removed indoors. During the winter months, the floors can get cold, so we recommend bringing indoor slippers or room shoes for your comfort.

As there are residents living on the premises, please keep noise to a minimum in the hallways and shared passageways.

3. Cooking Restrictions
Please refrain from cooking deep-fried foods. Additionally, we do not provide seasonings such as oil, salt, or pepper, so please buy your own if needed.

4. Linen Change Policy
We kindly ask that you change the bed sheets, towels, and other linens yourself as needed. Fresh linens are available in the shared storage room, and our staff will handle the laundering of used items. Further details will be provided at check-in.
