1. No Elevator
Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator available. We appreciate your understanding.

2. No Parties
We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

3. Consideration for Residents
As there are residents living on the premises, please keep noise to a minimum in the hallways and shared passageways.

4. Breakfast
As a breakfast service for the morning after check-in, we will provide a prepaid card worth JPY 1,000 per person, which can be used at the Lawson next door. Please feel free to purchase your preferred breakfast items at Lawson.

5. Linen and Towel Replacement
Please change your own bed linens and towels during your stay. Used items should be placed in the laundry basket located in front of the storage room. We will handle the washing, including bleaching and disinfecting, so there is no need for you to wash them.

6. Room Cleaning
Guests are responsible for cleaning their own rooms during their stay.

7. Cooking Restrictions
Deep-frying is prohibited in the kitchen. Please note that no seasonings are provided. If you purchase seasonings in Japan, we kindly ask that you choose the smallest size possible and use them up during your stay. Any seasonings brought from your home country should also be used up, or taken back with you if any remain.

8. Cosmetics, sprays, and similar items

9. Suitcases
We are unable to accept suitcases for disposal.

10. Indoor Footwear
In accordance with Japanese customs, shoes must be removed indoors. During the winter months, the floors can get cold, so we recommend bringing indoor slippers or room shoes for your comfort.

11. Bicycle Use
Two bicycles are available for shared use among guests. (maximum 3 hours use at a time).

12. Nintendo Switch2
(1) You may use the Nintendo Switch 2 free of charge.
(2) Controllers and related accessories are available only upon request.
(3) If you would like to use them, please contact us via Airbnb message.
(4) Controllers will be lent only to guests who agree to the following usage rules.
(5) Changing console settings, adding users, logging into existing accounts, and purchasing games or additional content are prohibited.
(6) Connecting external devices such as personal controllers, headsets, cameras, or USB devices is prohibited.
(7) Taking any game software or equipment outside the property is prohibited.
(8) After use, please return all lent items in their original condition.
(9) If any damage, loss, or missing accessories are found due to intentional or improper use, we may ask you to follow Airbnb’s designated procedure.
(10) Please refrain from using the console at high volume late at night or in any way that may disturb neighbors or other guests.
