Great space for many couples to have private rooms and bathrooms! We enjoyed the heated pool and hotub. The owners were quick to reply to questions.

We enjoyed our stay here as a large group of adults and plan to come back with our kids again. The place is very well decorated and themed. One of the best homes I have rented for a trip.

This home was sparkling clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, as seen in photos. It was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped to meet our large group's needs. The dining area was big enough for everyone to gather together and enjoy each other's company. The bathrooms were fully stocked with personal supplies. All you need is your toothpaste and toothbrush! The movie area and game room were a hugh hit with the teens and adults. First vacation where no one was bored! The host went above and beyond. He was very attentive and responded promptly to any questions prior to our check-in and during our stay. I highly recommend, would give a 5 rating if possible and would gladly rent again, if staying in the Kissimmee area!

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 17 of us. My grandkids loved the game room. The house was very clean and nice. The WiFi is not great and we did have an issue with the BBQ grill. Michael was great with resolving that issue. FYI…You do have to pay extra to use the BBQ Grill. Also, I paid extra to heat the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was great the first day, but the second day when we returned from Seaworld, it was not heated. Not sure what the problem was and we were leaving the next morning. I did let Michael know about the hot tub.Thank you Michael!! We had a great time.

Amazing house and host!

Great house - perfect location. Rooms were nice and we had plenty of space. Our teens loved the game room and pool. Communication was great from the host. Would highly recommend.

The property was amazing! The kids loved the pool, game room and themed bedrooms. It was nice to be able to walk around the property. The only small issue was that only 3 cars could fit in the driveway and there was limited parking outside of the driveway. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect house

This house is absolutely perfect for a large group. We've traveled to Orlando many times with a large group and having so many bedrooms with en suites is so nice!!! The kids themed bedrooms were perfect as well. I wish I could rate the communication even higher than 5 starts. Evening was perfect!!!!!

Spacious and entertaining

The stay was great! So much space and room to move! Everything was stocked which made things go smoothly! The game room was a hit with the kids and even some of the adults!! We would come back in the future!

Nice Property - great for large famalies

Nice property with tons of space (inside). Closer to Disney than Universal but still not bad. Lots of beds and bathrooms and a large kitchen. Pool area is small and lacks privacy. Have them test the pool and jacuzzi heater prior to your stay to avoid issues. Owner is easy to communicate with and wants you to enjoy your stay.

LJ - every review of our property has been perfect 5 stars. After you tried to extort us for money to leave you a good review I said no and you immediately give us a 1 star review. If anyone is reading this please look at every other review of our home. This person was very nefarious and looking to pull one over

Great Communication

We visited after Christmas with friends and family. It was such a beautiful home with lots of extra amenities such as Kcup pods for the coffee maker and laundry detergent. The owner was quick with his communication back to me, which I greatly appreciated. We will stay here again!
