Welcome to Compass Cove Unit 1117, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo located in the Mariner Tower at Compass Cove Resort. This inviting retreat offers comfort, relaxation, and stunning ocean views from every corner.

The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The open-concept living and dining area provides comfortable seating and access to the private balcony, where you can enjoy ocean breezes and picturesque sunrises.

Amazing ocean view from our room. The condo was the perfect size for our family. We were very happy upon walking in and seeing how clean it was. Everything worked as it should inside. We would definitely stay here again!!

Came here for my daughter’s cheer leading competition. It started out rough from the beginning went to check in after getting the text and it said I had to have a physical key called the office and they wanted me to come get the key but ended up sending someone down. The washer broke the first night and flooded the kitchen couldn’t get anyone after hours had to wait till the next morning and never got the washer replaced. The room wasn’t stocked with enough towels for my party. The AC wouldn’t keep up it stayed HOT in the room. The front door you could see day light all the way around it and it barely closed and locked, the rod at the top of the door on the inside had already busted a whole in the wall. The AC vents constantly dripped water onto the floor. But as far as the view of the beach it was perfect. This room needs some attention especially with the front door and AC in the primary room.

Overall, my experience with the host was good, a little slow in responding back to messages I sent but over helpful.The resort needs TO IMPROVE ON A LOT! Start with doing something about the free flowing pot being smoked on the balcony’s! I couldn’t let my 12 year old outside to sit due to the amount of pot smoke. The elevators were very slow and HOT, no fan or a/c running in them.A trash shoot or somewhere to put the trash in each building, it was piling up at the elevators because the only place to take it is across the street in front of the other building! We had some issues to come up that were of a safety concern. Considering the time of night I felt the host done a good job but the resort didn’t have any way to assist they wanted the property owner to take care of the issue.I plan to book with Lixery Rentals again, just not at Compass Cove!
