Clean modern style home with southwestern charms - stucco exterior, river rock fireplace, spiral staircase, Spanish tile floors, and more. The house has 3 levels - backyard parking space, main living floor and vast deck area, and second living floor. The floor plan is open and decor is artful with no clutter but has everything you need.

There is an in-law suite with its own rear entrance which is also Vrbo unit. You will not share anything with the suite guest unless you have more than 3 vechcles, to need to share the parking space in the rear of the building.

Nancy had a tremendously beautiful home with all the amenities. Write wanted for nothing! My family loved every bit of our stay especially on this beautiful home! 🥰🥰🥰

Do not book here!

This property is need a a serious deep clean. The house was not clean and the pictures were taken using a filter. There is also a renter living in the basement that is not disclosed in the listing. Master bath drain was clogged. The handle fell off the cabinet when opened. The kitchen cabinets are old and run down and not what appears in photos. The outside of the house is unkept, there was painters tape holding roof tiles on. Both bathrooms had mildew in the showers. Small nails coming out of the floor trim upstairs. The master bed frame is so cheap that it makes very loud noises anytime you move. We came home to the entire house smelling like weed our last night there, assuming it was the basement renter. Kitchen cookware was old and barely usable. This house needs major love. We paid over 2400 for 3 nights and it was the worst vrbo experience we have ever had.

Great location and communication!

We had a great stay in Nancy’s place. She was very quick to respond and help when needed! Our kids enjoyed playing the board games provided when we weren’t out exploring Fort Worth. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice

Home was in a nice area, clean and well stocked. Nice and cozy home. Upstairs there is only one bathroom (toilet/tub) for the large number of beds available but there are separate sink’s and vanity’s in two rooms which makes it much better. Location is great. Close to Globe Life AT&T and Six Flags. and 30-40 minutes from the Stock Yards. Would stay there again.

Great, well-outfitted, welcoming location

We came with our boys and some friends, and stayed in the house while working on a project. The house was well-outfitted with dishes, pots/pans for cooking. The decor was beautiful and felt home-like. The furniture was comfortable and in great condition. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful. We're grateful to Nancy for allowing us to stay and work at the house!
