The space
This modern vacation rental is a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment with French doors that open up to a spacious front patio.

The bedroom has a queen bed plus there is a full size sofa bed in the living room

There is a full kitchen with the basics - a fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, pans, dishes, and utensils. Plus there is a dedicated propane barbecue on the patio.

TV includes Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and many other channels (you'll need your own login credentials for the pay channels). What's more, there is free WIFI and plenty of outlets to keep you plugged in.

We even stock you with some beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys & boogie boards for taking down to the beach.

The rental comes supplied with the basics you'd expect at any hotel like a hair dryer and iron. Plus you have a kitchen and living room to enjoy. We think of everything you might need and even stock you with a few beach towels so you don't need to pack those in your suitcase. Why stay at a hotel when you can stay in the comfort of your own home in a friendly residential neighborhood? Vacation like a local.

We offer keyless digital entry and you will have private access to the beach cottage. There are no keys to lose, just a simple 4 digit passcode to remember.
Other things to note
The property has a portable air conditioning unit in the bedroom for comfortable sleeping. (Not central air)

This villa is one of a small 3 unit complex. You have your own private entrance and your own dedicated patio. The doors to the other two units are at the back of the building. They are also vacation rentals so feel free to be friendly and meet your neighbors, who are other fellow travelers.

There is a shared laundry room with some laundry soap supplied.

We supply 2 beach cruiser style bikes for your use.

This property does not offer a dedicated parking spot. If you bring a car you will need to park on the street but parking is usually abundant on this block except perhaps in the peak summer or in the evenings.

Beach gear includes beach towels, bodyboards, beach chairs and sand toys for the kids.

The vacation rental is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. However if you wish for a cleaning and change of linens during your stay we can arrange for the housekeeper to come for an additional charge of the standard cleaning fee. Please give us one day's notice so we can get this scheduled with the housekeeper.
