Amenities include Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, utensils, glasses, etc., Free WIFI Internet,Amazon Firestick Media Devices with Apps, flatscreen TV in Living room and tv in master bedroom, washer/dryer inside unit, private brick patio with BBQ and reserved parking (23' length- Parallel Parking). It is 1/2 block from the ocean, a little off the beaten path, on a quiet court, 1 block to bay.

This Cottage is 1/4 Mile to Pacific Beach, just a few steps to Old Mission beaches shops, and restaurants and 1 Mile to Belmont Park (Mission Beach Amusement Park): Indoor olympic size pool, jacuzzi, and health club.
