Cold winter nights will be well spent with a warm mug of hot cocoa by the wood stove. The chef of the group will love hopping into the full kitchen to prepare tasty, home-cooked meals. Come summer, you can step out onto the furnished deck and enjoy a cocktail in the fresh mountain air as you reminisce about the day's events. Entertainment won't be a problem when the stars come out either, as the flatscreen TV and free Wi-Fi can facilitate movie nights with ease.
This location couldn't get any better when it comes to outdoor activity. The skiers of the group will be in paradise knowing that Bear Mountain Ski Resort and Big Bear Mountain Resort are both within two miles. If a leisurely hike or bike ride is on the agenda, walk two blocks to the Bristlecone Trail and enjoy the scenery that this area is known for. When the warmer times of year come around, Big Bear Lake is just three miles north, where you can spend a day boating, fishing, or swimming in beautiful blue water. Not to mention, Moonridge Coffee Company and Dank Donuts are within walking distance to fuel you up for a day on the slopes.

Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.
All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
