Stay Comfortably:
Bedrooms: 1
One king bedroom with the option to split into two singles. All featuring hotel standard linen. Perfect for a couple or two friends. A cot for infants can be supplied on request.
Bathrooms: 1
One bathroom next to the bedroom. Equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand/body wash and toilet paper.
Kitchen and living area:
Open plan kitchen and lounge area with incredible views over Lake Wakatipu. The lounge area has a large sofa, TV and heat pump to keep you toasty.
The kitchen is fully equipped to self cater throughout your stay. We provide basics to get you started; oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning supplies.
Parking:
Off street parking for one vehicle. *Please note the apartment is on the second floor, a set of external steps must be climbed from the carpark.*
Laundry:
A washing machine is available for use throughout your stay. No dryer is available in the unit. A shared coin operated drying room can be accessed in the apartment complex. A clothes drying rack has been provided.

This is an apartment complex on a main road (Frankton) standard apartment noise and traffic is expected. There is no dishwasher or dryer in the unit. A shared coin operated dryer is available in the complex. Two sets of steps are to be climbed to enter.
**Construction is commencing on apartment blocks next door, this will last 16 months from May 2025. Some noise may be heard between 8-6pm Monday - Friday. Limited noise is allowed on weekends. **

- Load dirty dishes into dishwasher (do not put dirty items away as if clean)
- Turn off lights and electrical items used (do not switch off utilities like WiFi/modems)
- Turn off heated towel rails and gas fire (if applicable)
- Secure all windows and doors
- Return access keys/remotes to their original location (lockbox or kitchen bench)
**Late check-out or properties left in poor condition may incur additional cleaning fees.**
