Fish straight off the shared long private jetty with boat access to Lake Macquarie, Swansea channel and the ocean. Beaches and shops only 2 min drive away. Surrounded by water, beaches and sand in every direction, perfect for family vacations and catch ups with friends
Entertainers kitchen featuring a butlers pantry, 2 dishwashers and large island bench. Open plan living with waterfront views that flow out to the deck, lawned area with an outdoor picnic table on the waters edge and the private jetty. There is a canoe and kayak for guests to use to explore the surrounding waters.

Featuring 4 large comfy bedrooms, a study nook, 3 bathrooms and 3 living areas .Enjoy movie nights or sports on the amazing 98inch tv in the theatre living room, including Foxtel, Netflix and free wi fi throughout the house.

Swansea is surrounded by beaches, Lake Macquarie and the Swansea channel that leads to the ocean. Our home is on the bay, just off the channel with a private jetty for swimming and boating, giving you access to the lake, channel and ocean. Fish off the private jetty and catch fresh crabs and squid.
