Good Rental for Families

Overall this was a good choice for our stay. The grounds were pretty worn, but it was fine. Good location that was right across from the beach. Nice pool, very small hot tub. None of the gates actually need a code, or they were not in working order. It’s a nice area, so no issues on our end but could be important to some. Great balcony with ocean views which we enjoyed. Well equipped kitchen and stocked laundry and dishwasher pods were a nice touch.

10th year staying at Emerald Waters condos

Love the area close to Alvin’s (across the street) walk to Bad A** Coffee shop & right across the street from the beach! Cleaning crew did much better this year. Pool is nice ( did need codes on bathrooms to access (was not sent). Had a stopped up sink in bathroom & was fixed immediately.

Easy accessible location. Only issue is the steps to the private beach. Hard to get cooler and wagon down the steps with an infant.

Paradise!

Beautiful beach trip! Owner was so accommodating with all our needs! Highly recommend this rental for a great beach trip!!! Beds were super comfortable, great big comfy couch to relax at night. Fast walk to the beach!

My family and i had a marvelous time. The home was clean and well stocked. We had a small view of the ocean and the walk was not far. Location was good too

No hangers in condo ( had to buy) believe condo needs to be sprayed for bugs. Called to report broken chair at dining room table & lock on the twin bed bathroom not locking. Overall enjoyed stay

Location!

Great location! Right across the street from the beach! Ideal location and friendly property management, had a question and got an answer in minutes! If you love Frangista Beach you will WANT to stay here!

Peace, Joy, Family & the Beach

Beautiful home style condo with gulf views and a gentle breeze. We all enjoyed a most peaceful beach getaway with all the comforts of home. Comfortable beds, family seating for both eating and tv’s to go around, plus room to spread out to relax, and balcony views of the gulf waves. Full-size washer/dryer in unit to keep up with the laundry along the stay.

Miramar Beach

Absolutely loved the condo and it was very spacious! Our coffee pot was broken upon arrival and the wastebasket. We called to report it and it was replaced in less than 24 hours! Everything was clean and the only down fall was 1 full size bed close to the closet was not comfy at all. Our balcony over looked the pool and the view of the ocean was to the left. The private beach was very clean and easy to get to and a short walk from the condo. The only issue (which had nothing to do with the condo)was the traffic and noise at night on the street below us. We definitely would stay here again!

Good time…two bad weather days

Overall we had a great time…Florida weather is what it is we get it. Pool could use a little more attention saw them once in a week. Water was low so skimmers weren’t even doing there jobs. Overall though that is the worst of it. Great trip and great spot.

Wonderful, clean space with easy access to beach

Stayed here with my family of five plus friend’s family of five. Plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. Super clean with plenty of kitchen items available. Full size fridge and washer/dryer were wonderful to have and were put to great use the full week we were there. Liked the location of being a corner unit with no noisy neighbors! Would definitely book again when we visit the area next time!

Pretty happy Overall

The worst thing for our stay was the deck door handle was broken off and using the deck for relaxing was a pain ! It took 2 adults to pry it open and close and the maintenance man never came to repair 😰

Nice property

Overall, the property was clean and listing was accurate as shown. The furniture and linens were very comfortable. We love the property, pool, location, and beach access (have stayed in multiple units in this condo over the last 7/8 years). Only issues were the sliding door were broken all week and it was difficult to open, especially for kids. There were also building wide, intermittent Wi-Fi issues all week. The fridge was also slow to cool, then over cooled and froze some milk. The property management company did respond but didn’t seem to think any of these issues were worthy of a call? Overall we would stay again, beautiful place.

Very nice!

Wonderful! Very clean except for microwave (inside the door needed cleaning). Coffee pot was a very small pot, for a family of 4 adults we had to make multiple pots each morning. Beach access was just a short walk and very convenient even with an infant and 2 small children. Pool was not huge, but was very nice and kept clean. Door to balcony was very hard to open. We had a wonderful stay!
