良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション
Pool was great warm and well equipped with seating. The home was clean but had a musty smell in lower bedroom and living room. Had a problem with the thermostat's lower did not work well and upper thermostat did not work the first four days no A/C. Ceiling Fans were trouble some could not get remotes to work. Fans and ceiling lights in large upper bedroom never did work the complete stay. They were going to sent repair man the 3rd.last day there to late.Grill did not work had to get replaced the third day. The Coffee machine did not work had to be replaced, and the Garbage Disposal stopped working. The office staff was friendly and the maintenance man was good and helpful. They also advertise sleeps 10 which isn't really true unless you open up the hide a bed in living room which is never going to happen with that many people there. Sleeps 8 is more realistic. On a good note the location was awesome very close to the Gulf of America. On closing I would rate the house 4 the area a 5 the Staff and Maintenance a 5 the Cost at about 800.00 a day High and the Host Brandon a 3. Brandon would very seldom return a Call or Text unless you repeated tried to get in touch with Him.
