The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, while the inviting living area provides a cozy space to unwind. Step outside onto the spacious deck to soak in the stunning natural surroundings. After a day of exploring, relax in the private hot tub under the stars. Whether you're seeking a romantic escape or a fun-filled family vacation, this cabin promises a perfect blend of comfort and scenic beauty.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Pool & Hot Tub Maintenance Disclaimer: The pool and hot tub are professionally maintained on a regular schedule to ensure they remain clean, safe, and ready for your enjoyment. Please note that scheduled maintenance may occasionally occur during your stay. Maintenance is performed by professional technicians from a reputable pool service company, and no access inside the home is required. Technicians will only need access to the outdoor pool/hot tub area, so you may see them on the property during your stay. We would be appreciated your understanding.



This home is not pet-friendly, and pets are not allowed. If a pet is found in the home, Stay Texas will charge a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.



Interaction with Guests:

We have a 24/7 team dedicated to our rentals in Fredericksburg and our local property manager is available to be at the property.
