To maintain our high standards and ensure every guest's comfort, we specialize in hosting family and mature groups only. While we'd love to host everyone, we're unable to accommodate large single-sex groups, hens/bucks parties, sporting teams, schoolies, or event groups.

After booking, you’ll receive a call to verify your identity. This must be completed to confirm your reservation.

This process helps us verify guest identities, manage property access, and meet local regulations—ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

A security deposit of $1500 is held for the duration of your stay. Subject to completion of a satisfactory property inspection after completion of your stay the security deposit will be refunded providing no damage or incidental fees or charges are incurred.

No touching the pool equipment. No touching the water sprinkler pump or irrigation system. Any reprogramming cost of these items will be deducted from the bond.

No moving of any furniture. Any damage to furniture or the house will be deducted from the bond. No glass items allowed in the pool area.

Place bins out on Sunday night to clear rubbish. Any excess rubbish that is left behind will be charged accordingly & deducted from the bond.
