In winter take the easy 3min drive to the entrance of Mt Buller, go for a bush walk or simply keep cosy indoors, relaxing on the couch by the crackling of the wood fire reading a book, watching a movie or playing board games with your family.

In the warmer months, take a stroll down to the Delatite river for a paddle or splash in the cool clear water. Take your fishing rods and try your luck at catching a trout; or pack a picnic to the lovely Mirrimbah park only minutes away from the cottage. Bring your bike and go for a leisurely ride around the quiet Sawmill Settlement streets. So much to explore in the great outdoors!

Apart from being one of the best locations for snow activities, there are many nearby attractions including horse riding, cycling, 4-wheel driving, motor bike riding, markets, plus much more and with an abundance of wildlife, great fishing and a relaxing atmosphere, you won't want to leave!
