This spacious 8-bedroom home offers the perfect balance of comfort, location, and value for large group getaways. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, it features a private pool, generous living spaces, and a layout designed to make group travel easy and stress-free.

Whether you're traveling with multiple families or planning a trip with friends, this home provides the space and flexibility to enjoy Hilton Head without the hassle.

The Space
• 8 bedrooms with a thoughtful, group-friendly layout – house has 7 King en-Suites and 1 huge Bunk room with 4 twin beds, 2 double beds, and a full bathroom
• Open living and dining areas ideal for gathering including 14 person Amish dining table
• Fully equipped chefs kitchen for shared meals
• Comfortable spaces to relax together – Main floor Great Room and Second Floor Family Room

Outdoor Space
• Private pool with seating (8 person covered outdoor dining table) and lounge area including 7 person hot tub spa under the cover of the screen in porch. 2 TV’s viewable from the pool and hot tub. Great for relaxing after the beach!!!
• Perfect for casual evenings and group hangouts – fabulous 20x15 screened in porch off the great room with plenty of seating, full size ping pong table in the covered lower level for lots of family fun.

• Designed to comfortably host large groups
• Easy beach access — no complicated routes – house includes 12 beach chairs, 12 beach towels, large wagon, full size cooler, beach toys and bocci.
• Plenty of parking available – room for 6 cars.
• Hilton Head has mandated "quiet hours" from 10pm to 7am so everyone can enjoy quiet evenings.
• We also own the 8 bedroom property directly next door at 34 North Forest Beach Drive as well as the 6 bedroom property at 105 Jacana Street.

We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 15 years. In 2019 we built and opened the Buckeye Beach house as a rental property. In 2020 we built "The Light House " right next door and we loved it so much we had to build a sister property.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Just like its sister next door at 34 North Forest Beach, we designed this property to maximize both the inside space as well as the pool deck/outdoor living space. The stairs and elevator were moved to the front right corner of the house. This allows our guests to walk straight into the great room without the need for a Foyer. We invested all that saved space into the outdoor living area. As you can see from the pictures the outdoor living space is very large and accommodating. You won't find a better outdoor space in all of Hilton Head. Enjoy!!
