Welcome to your cozy upper suite on a peaceful, tree-lined street in Belleville's east end. It is fully renovated, professionally designed, and set up for slow fall evenings and warm winter nights 😊

Your private, fully fenced backyard is the star of the show. Warm up in the outdoor barrel sauna, then gather around the gas fire pit under the string lights. There is also a gas BBQ and a deck for morning
coffee.

Both rooms have quality linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades and closet space.

A bright, comfy space with an electric fireplace, a TV with Netflix, board games and books. Perfect for a
cozy night in.

☀KITCHEN AND DINING
Fully equipped for real cooking: fridge and freezer, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave,
toaster, kettle and a Keurig coffee maker (pods, no filters needed). Pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses, cooking basics and a dining table are all here.

☀ BATHROOM
1 full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels and a hair dryer are provided.

✔You will have the whole upper suite to yourself, plus the private fenced backyard with the sauna, fire pit, BBQ and deck.

✔Check-in is easy with a keypad on the door. Your code is sent once the quick pre-arrival steps are done

✔ Parking is free in the shared driveway. Please park on the right side and keep the middle clear so our downstairs guests can reach the carport.

📌The lower suite is a separate private space and is not part of your stay.

To help make your arrival as smooth and seamless as possible, we ask all guests to complete a few quick pre-arrival steps before check-in:

* Damage Waiver: As part of your check-in, you'll be asked to choose one of our two damage waiver options. This is a required step for all reservations and helps protect both our guests and the home during your stay.

* Guest Verification: Upload a government-issued photo ID, provide a few basic details, and let us know your estimated arrival time—similar to a hotel check-in.

* Rental Agreement: Please take a moment to review and sign our rental agreement. It outlines the house rules and important stay information to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Once these steps are complete, your door access code will be ready, and you'll be all set to enjoy your stay!

📌 A Quick Note About the Property

Our home is thoughtfully divided into two completely private suites. Your apartment is located on the upper level and includes its own private entrance and private backyard for you to enjoy.

As both suites share the parking area, you may occasionally see or briefly cross paths with other guests. You may also hear the occasional conversation outdoors. We kindly ask everyone to be respectful of one another so all guests can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.
