Liquid Assets (formerly known as Daiquiri Days II) isn't just a beach house, it's an experience. After thriving as a custom home builder in Colorado for 15 years, Chris Harper and his family moved to the stunning Emerald Coast. It was here that Destin Dreamers was born. Our vision is clear: to offer guests the chance to celebrate life, dreaming fully awake.

Our dedicated team is available on-site daily or reachable via call or text from 8 AM to 5 PM, six days a week, with support for emergencies on Sundays and after hours.

*The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property each night, no exceptions. Please refer to the rental agreement for full details. During Spring Break, college groups are not permitted; all guests must be 25 or older, with the exception of families.
