I’m originally from Romania and moved to Canada when I was 12 years old. I love traveling, discovering new places, spending time by the water, and enjoying the Florida sunshine. I enjoy being a host because I love meeting people from different places and creating a comfortable, welcoming space where my guests can truly feel at home. Making sure they have a pleasant, relaxing, and stress-free stay is very important to me. It’s a beautiful gated community where I feel very safe, with a heated pool and tropical surroundings, yet close to everything you need. Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach are just a short drive away, while Publix, restaurants, cafés, and shopping are conveniently located nearby. I especially love that you can enjoy a peaceful and welcoming place to come home to after spending the day at the beach or exploring the Clearwater area.

Inspired by soothing green accents and a relaxing vibe, we call it Emerald Escape — a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo designed to feel fresh, calm, and welcoming, where the palette echoes Florida’s coastal waters and lush greenery. Located in the gated Avalon community, guests can enjoy the heated pool, fitness center, and tropical surroundings.
