-Noise decibel monitors are installed on each floor (no audio recording).

-The house is equipped with a central air conditioning system, but not all rooms have individual air conditioning units

• An additional cleaning fee may apply if the house is left excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.

• If the BBQ equipment on the balcony is not cleaned after use, a $150 cleaning fee will be applied.

• Please avoid consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the house to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.

Access is available to all areas except the garage, storage room and the main laundry located at the bottom level. These spaces are locked up. There is a second fully fitted out laundry for guests to use within the bathroom on the bottom level.

• Quiet hours: This is a peaceful residential neighborhood where all neighbors are full-time residents. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.

• No parties or events are allowed on the premises. Any violation will result in immediate eviction, and a $300 charge may apply for evidence of such gatherings.

• Pets are not permitted in the house to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.

• If you are locked out and require assistance from the property manager, a $100 fee applies before 10:00 PM. No assistance is available after 10:00 PM.

• Lost key replacement: $200 fee per key.

• Illegal drugs are strictly forbidden. Any violations will result in immediate eviction and contact with local authorities.

• Access to certain facilities (e.g., garage, balcony, or shared equipment) may be limited due to maintenance or safety precautions. Please follow the posted guidelines and instructions provided by the host.

• The house is equipped with CCTV at the entrance and noise decibel monitors on each floor. These are for security and compliance only — no audio recording is conducted.

The house was not adequately prepared for a property advertised to sleep 15 people for a three-night stay.There were insufficient basic amenities, including toilet paper, spare towels and tea towels. The stovetop was broken for the entire stay, meaning we were unable to cook and had to spend additional money on takeaway food for everyone staying in the house.The property was not cleaned to an acceptable standard on arrival, and the downstairs fridge had mould inside it. In addition, the upstairs fridge was not cold enough, which caused the groceries we had purchased for the weekend to go off.Most concerning, the smoke alarm appeared to be faulty and went off at approximately 2am, resulting in the fire brigade having to attend the property. This was extremely disruptive and raises serious safety concerns.I also want to address the claim that there were “house parties” or gatherings at the property. We categorically reject this allegation. The house was occupied by family members, including children, who were staying there for our wedding weekend nearby. No parties took place. We simply had normal family lunches and dinners across the three days where food and beverages were consumed. I take offence that, because the bins were full, it has been assumed that parties occurred. This claim is completely false and I request that it be formally retracted.Finally, I request that our security deposit be released immediately and that a screenshot confirming the release be prov
