While some of our properties do utilize door codes for entry, our check-in procedure is designed to verify the identity of arriving guests, review important rental information, and help ensure the safety and security of our owners' properties. During regular business hours, we are able to verify individuals picking up keys and checking in. For guests arriving after hours, our secure key pickup box is monitored by video surveillance, allowing us to verify check-ins and maintain records of who is accessing the property even though we are not in the office. These measures help protect both our homeowners and our guests. We recognize that travel days can be tiring, and we understand that an additional stop may feel inconvenient. However, these procedures are an important part of our commitment to security and responsible property management.
