The kitchen was stocked with a ton of pots/pans/utensils. Plenty of room for everyone-there were 13 in our party. Pool was amazing! Quiet neighborhood. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The only downfall….you absolutely cannot sit outside at night….the mosquitos are horrible-bug spray/repellent did not work at all.

Thank you for your 5-Star review of "Shell Yeah." It is a great property and we are glad you had a good time while here. Unfortunately, the few days before you arrived were filled with rain and the heat that followed caused a bigger than normal issue with bugs. Things are much better this week.

We were generally happy with the property.Things we liked: Pool was clean, large and refreshing;Layout: We liked the two living areas, main floor and downstairs. We were able to entertain in both areas and allowed for quiet time when needed.Bedrooms: the number of rooms allowed for 6 adults and 4 children to reside comfortably.Supplies: Dishes and pots and pans were ample for our needs. The beach supplies were also helpful.Distance to the beach: Pretty much what we expected. Not a problem for us.The grill: Although we didn’t get around to using it, the grill was clean and the provided propane was a nice addition.What we did not like: The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the condition of the yard when we arrived. Maybe it’s just me, but I’m a stickler for manicured yards, especially when there is a pool. Not a deal breaker, but I was expecting more.For the weekly rate, I think more attention to the grounds is in order.Otherwise, a nice property.
