Owner is quick to respond to questions.We’ve always had good experiences with VRBO rentals, but this was the best stocked house ever. It had any kind of pot and pan you may need, plenty of dishes and silverware for a large family, and a cabinet of spices so you don’t have to buy a jar for one meal.Beautiful view of sound and easy stroll to the beach.

This was our second time staying here. We had a family group of 12, We love it. Perfect location. Since this time was spring. We enjoyed a fire by the bay one night, Hot tub was used every night, Daily walks to beach were awesome. Plenty of room at the home and kitchen well stocked. Nice place / excellent communication

We had a nice time at this property: The amenities worked fine and the pool was still open. The walk to the beach is very short and convenient while we were also able to use kayaks on the adjacent bay side. The host accommodated us with our schedule and was very responsive. Just the way it should be. Can definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood.

Home was as advertised and we had a family outing with eight people. There was more than enough room for all of us. Kevin, the owner, was very responsible and accommodating. We used the kayaks, the pool, and the hot tun. The home is very clean. We will definitely come back again!

Amazing week!

Knots Flying checks all the boxes. The home is clean and spacious. A short, five minute, walk to the beach and a large yard for late afternoon swimming and a dip in the hot tub. Kevin was extremely responsive and friendly. The community is quiet and the neighbors are friendly.Overall, great all the way around.

Knot Flying is fantastic!

Knot Flying is an awesome property. The location can’t be beat- the access to the bay from the property and the short walk to the beach was amazing. The property itself was fantastic as well- from the big things like a clean property and pool, space to spread out, kayaks provided, linens and towels included, great communication from the owner, to the smaller things like hooks everywhere, to a well stocked kitchen, multiple fridges and washer/dryers, and plenty of seating inside and out. We had a group of 18- from 12 years old on up and everyone had a fantastic time!

Great location, great house!

The house was perfect location for our extended family vacation - a short walk to the beach, a short drive to key VA Beach sites. The house was clean and well-stocked with everything needed (kitchen ware, towels/linens, two washers/dryers, kayaks). Very spacious, accommodated our family of 14 (kids and adults, and still had space for a couple extra people if we had needed it). Pool was well-maintained; bay side was nice - private and quiet; you could paddle board /kayak off the dock. The host was great to work with - super responsive with questions and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. We would definitely go back again and would highly recommend the house!!!

Amazing Beach Getaway

This home is amazing! Plenty of room for adults & kids. Pool, hot tub, game room. The equipment left for guest use; beach chairs, sand toys, beach wagons. So nice to not have to pack all of the big beach items! Linens provided us a huge plus! Kitchen was equipped better than any we have stayed in. I cooked 3 meals a day and never came across a pot, pan or utensil I couldn’t find! You can’t go wrong booking this home with Kevin.

Wonderful

My family and I have stayed at numerous properties over the years...this one is rated very close to the best experience we've encountered. The pictures dont do this property justice. The house is HUGE. The yard is HUGE. The amenities are plentiful. The views are memorable. But what did it for me is customer service. The owner was more than courteous and accommodating throughout the entire process. My entire family had a great time and we definitely look forward to doing it again.

Perfect location! Great family getaway.

We had the greatest week with our family in this home. We had ages from 5 yrs to 70. Something for everyone to enjoy. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool everyday. Kids did some fishing off the dock and some shore fishing on the beach. We sat around the fire by the water a couple nights. A group golfed a couple days. We ventured to VA beach a couple times. Sandbridge beach is an easy 6 minute walk from the house. The house and view of the bay are beautiful. Plenty of supplies for meals at the house and plenty of outdoor toys/gear in the shed. Everyone in our group had a blast. A special family week in a beautiful home in Sanbridge.

Just As Advertised

This property was absolutely wonderful and just as advertised. It was clean with everything labeled and organized. The main floor was the second floor with an open concept with a nice size living room, dining/sun room, eat in kitchen, and full kitchen. The bedroom with the King bed has direct access to the bathroom, same with the Atlantic room downstairs, both bathrooms can also be accessed from the hall. Both a gas and charcoal grill present with propane provided. The pool was nice and clean and shed full of everything you need for outdoors! Just bring bug spray, the mosquitoes and flies are a bit aggressive. Highly recommend! I will be back.

5 Star Weekend on the Bay

We stayed here for a long weekend and the house was everything we hoped for. Kevin responds quickly to questions and is easy to talk to and very accommodating. The house is on a cul-de-sac on the Bay side of Sandbridge. It was a quiet but friendly neighborhood with a nice view of the sunset at the end of the cul-de-sac. The house is very clean as were the pool and hot tub. Very inviting. The yard was well kept, and we were able to use the kayaks one morning to explore the serene bay. We also enjoyed sitting on the upper deck with a view of the bay. As others have noted, the home was well furnished and the kitchen well stocked. I love that there were lots of hooks and options to hang wet bathing suits, towels and clothes. So many thoughtful extras in this home, including lots of outlets, comfy furniture, a large dining table, two kitchens and an outdoor refrigerator. We enjoyed the outdoor tiki bar as well. The walk to the beach was an easy five minutes and we walked down at night to see the moon over the ocean. Breathtaking! I highly recommend this vacation home and would definitely return.

Fantastic stay with family and friends!

Came here with 8 people total, 4 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had a great time. The house has plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and everything works properly. No problems with any of the equipment, the pool was great as was the hot tub. The biggest plus for me about this house is that it's not right on the beach. We all loved being on the bay side and being able to walk to the beach in just 5 minutes. The bay is much calmer wind wise but you still get a cool breeze all day. Also, the house has kayaks which you can easily get on from the boat dock in the back and go enjoy yourself out on the bay. This was HUGE for us. The kids had a great time out there and the bay was very calm and quiet. Also, the house is on a very quiet street without any kind of thru-traffic which helps if you have little kids that like to run around all over the place.

Family Fun Vacation

The house was huge. Plenty of space for everyone. There are 11 of us and we did not feel crowded. Kitchen is large and really stocked well with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, etc. Beautiful canal view and pool was a big hit for all us us. Short walk to beach. Nice quiet street. All the homes were nicely landscaped.

Summer Fun

We loved this house!! The backyard was so much fun. Between the pool, hot tub, corn hole and fishing everyone had a blast. The beach was a 5 minute very easy walk. Inside the house was stocked and we enjoyed all the games in the game room. Excellent property!!

Well equipped family house

More than expected!

The location, comfort, and overall amount of space was so perfect for our little "work retreat"! It's hard finding houses that accommodate such large groups comfortably, but this one was perfect! We probably spent more time outside than in, as the pool, hot tub, and hammock were all so wonderful; Having a grill and outdoor fridge was perfect for our final nights cookout. The only advice I would give to future guests; Bring lots of beach towels and wear shoes on the upstairs deck (it gets really hot!). Overall a great time and I'm sure my team and I will try to return again!

Awesome place!

What a awesome house this is! Perfect location, very beautiful and spacious house. With 16 people we had plenty room, parking and things to keep everyone busy. The huge well stocked huge kitchen and wet bar made it easy to cook and clean up! The pool and hot tub were a hit! The massive deck kept use protected no matter the weather. We are throughly enjoined this house and highly recommend it!
