As you enter through the Covered Front Porch, you’re tempted to kick off your Flip Flops and sit a spell. Sip your morning coffee here as you watch our sleepy Island come to life each day - and keep an eye out, because you may see one of our famous Saltwater Cowboys go by the house.

Refinished, yet rustic, Hardwood Flooring and muted Coastal Tones will welcome you into the Living Area, complete with comfy furnishings and Flat Screen Smart TV. The Chef in your family will love the Well-Stocked Kitchen, with all the comforts of home, and then some! With Stainless Appliances, beachy white Cabinetry, and tons of Natural Light, mealtime will be easy breezy. Whip up cheeseburgers in paradise, and dine in the comfort of AC, or Al-Fresco on either the Screened Porch or on the Deck in the Fenced Backyard - so many options! Speaking of the Screened Porch, just imagine relaxing on the Porch Swing and listening to the Tree Frogs sing - and ohhhh, the smell of that salty, sweet sea breeze - there’s nothing like it.
The Shell Hunter sleeps 6 in pure comfort and style in 2 Bedrooms, and an upstairs Bonus Room. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the 1st Floor, with a Queen Bed and Full Bed consecutively. Both are dressed in gorgeous, serene Coastal Colors, and adorably furnished. Full Bath 1 is located in the Hall, and has a Tub/Shower Combo. Wandering upstairs, the Bonus Room is simply awesome and has a Sitting Area with a Desk, spacious sleeping area with a King Bed, and a 2nd Full Bath with a Walk-in Shower. The Bathroom also houses a Full Size Washer and Dryer for your convenience.
