Whip up tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of modern appliances. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for two. *** CONSTRUCTION & OUTDOOR POOL CLOSURE NOTICE ***

Suntide III will be undergoing a building restoration and spalling repair project from November 1, 2026 through April 2, 2027

Active construction will be taking place on both the beachside and bayside of the property, and the outdoor pool will be closed for the entire duration of the project. The heated indoor pool and hot tub will still be accessible during this time
