This was a great place to stay, very good location right on the beach, fit our whole family, and the managers were very responsive to messages. We just had enough issues with little things that I would probably not stay here again. The AC was set and locked on heat at 75 when we got there, and no one was able to come fix it until midnight. We had a baby sleeping in our walk-in closet and it was reading as 80 degrees in there. Then the next day, they had to come back, turn the AC off and replace the thermostat on the other end of the house because it was frozen over. There were also no batteries in the remote for the living room tv and it was taped shut. The fridge didn't make ice. The dryer kept shutting off and not working, we ended up having to do a hard reset after three days and it started working again. Overall, the place was very clean but we did notice some mold in our master shower. Also, someone (possibly another owner? Manager?) kept stopping us throughout our stay and telling us all the things we were doing wrong; dripping on the carpet in the elevator, touching the water as it came out of the faucet in the lazy river, etc. He even yelled at our brother for trying to get something his kid left at the pool area, but apparently he wasn't allowed after hours. That's the access for the beach as well so you can't go after 10:00. Maybe some things you guys can work on for the next people that stay. Probably not worth over 6k for 4 nights.
