Luxury studios with ocean view on Orient bay

Our 11 spacious 550 sq ft studios are located in the Mont Vernon residence, steps from Orient Beach, the complex has a very large swimming pool, tropical gardens, a laundry, a new grocery store with fresh baguettes, croissants, fresh and frozen products, a pizzeria and parking lots
Our studios have been completely renovated this year 2021, they are well appointed, finely decorated and all identical inside.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils for making your favorite dishes.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink with toiletries (shower gel, soap and shampoo) a hairdryer and we provide small and large towels and beach towels,
Each studio has air conditionned, a large king size bed and a convertible sofa for 1 to 2 additional persons, a lounge area with flat screen TV, French and American satellite channels, an electric roller shutter , private Wifi with very good speed (free), 110 / 220V adapter, USB ports for charging phones and computers, safe, ironing board and iron.
The balcony or patio has a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to savor your meals while enjoying a lovely view of the ocean.
The Mont Vernon residence is probably the best location on the island, private, quiet in a gated community with 24 hour security at the foot of Orient Bay beach, it is the perfect environment for an active and relaxing vacation and a spectacular view of Orient bay, St Barth, Tintamarre and the Pinel island, further on the beach are many restaurants, bars, shops and watersport activities (windsurfing, kite surfing, jet skiing, parasailing, and so on ...)
To fully enjoy all the beaches that Saint Martin has to offer, we also provide 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler

Everything about the property was as advertised. The studio was clean and well stocked. It was a very good value for the nightly rate and we would stay there again.

Third stay at one of Amaury and Thibault's studios in Mont Vernon. Always a great stay. We love the views of Orient Beach below and St. Barts in the distance as we sit on the balcony and consume bread, cheese and cocktails after the day at the beach. The studio has everything you need for the beach, towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler. And a washer so you can pack light. Location is great. Close to supermarket and pharmacy. Great bakery nearby for morning croissant and latte, and a ham and cheese on baguette for lunch on the beach. Five minutes to Grand Case and the best food on the island. And as has become our custom we began and ended our 13 day stay at Bistro Caraibes. Since our first time in St Martin in 1997 this is the only fine dining restaurant we visit twice in the same stay. You can't go wrong, Thibault and Amaury have consistently provided us with our best meals and now we add the best place to stay. Thanks for everything. You and your staff always make us feel like we're having dinner with friends.

Great view of the beach Quiet and comfy

The units are as advertised. Our host was very accommodating ,and answered all our questions. The property was really well maintained , nice small amenities store on site well stocked , pool was always super clean and an awesome location right on the water . But make sure you have a car rental. Regardless of where you stay , you need one to travel around. Izzy car rental is a great one .We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Excellence with a pool for the windy days when surf is to rough. Walkable to bars and restaurants on the beach. New linens and cleaning every week outstanding. Did not need to contact host for anything. I would recommend this rental.

This unit was all we expected. Fabulous location with view of the pool and the beach. Couldn’t ask for more. Amaury responses were prompt and positive and helped when asked. The pool was lovely and the balcony a wonderful place to sit for meals and a drink. Loved it.

Had a great time staying here. Beautiful view of the ocean. Clean and well taken care of. Walked the shoreline of Orient Beach each day. Close to all that Orient Beach has to offer and an easy walk. The pizza place at the top of the hill has great pizza. The pool reopened the day we arrived so we took advantage of it one day. The owners were easy to communicate with. Would definitely return

Amazing place

I was a little worried because it was not right in Orient Beach. However, this was honestly the most perfect location. Our backyard overlooked the beach. We were just a couple steps to the pool and then to the beach and our beach was a completely private beach. It is about a 10 minute walk to get down to the very first set of pool chairs and pool bars in Orient, but it’s a beautiful walk and it goes very quickly and it’s especially amazing in the evening when you’re walking with the moon and the stars and the warm water on your feet Down to the little town for dinner when I walked into the condo the amenities were amazing little sweets, coffee for the coffee machine, a couple bottles of water and beer in the fridge not sure if that was left over from someone else. We had pool towels, slippers, beach chairs, umbrella, a cooler you name it the place had it. I didn’t need a thing and It was a quick walk to the grocery store which was very inexpensive and I got incredible fresh croissants every morning. This place was a 10 out of 10 and I would absolutely stay right here again and not wanna be down in the main area and not to mention the owner was so easy to communicate with!!

Logement agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Vue sur la Mer. Bon emplacement pour se déplacer. Malheureusement les sargasses sont présentes. Odeur sargasses désagréable. Mais cela n'a pas terni mon séjour.Procédure claire et simple lors de l'arrivée et du départ.

Superbe vue de notre balcon.

Studio conforme au Descriptif de l'annonce . Facilité à communiquer avec le propriétaire .Très grande piscine, beaucoup de chaises disponibles.De plus le propriétaire fourni deux chaises de plage avec parasol pour visiter les plages alentours . Le seul point négatif est le stationnement difficile car ne possède pas un stationnement privé attaché au studio..
