COLOR 7 : Pretty duplex with cistern 100m from the beach and village square

Our apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Color residence, in the entrance you find a kitchen and toilets, we then enter the living room dining room which opens onto the terrace. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with king bed separated by a bathroom completely redone in December 2022., one of the bedrooms has an adjoining terrace. In one of the bedrooms you can open a 1-seater sofa bed to add a bed. A baby cot is also available on request. There is a swimming pool in the residence. The apartment is very quiet while being a 3-minute walk from the village square which is very lively in the evening, the beach is also 3 minutes away, shops are also on site. If you don't feel like renting a car, you can relax at the Orient Bay, you have everything on site.
