60 feet of riverfront two story home with direct access to Weeki Wachee Springs River, Roger's Park and the Gulf. Bring your family, friends and boat if you'd like! Boat ramp 1 minute from the house and one house away from Weeki Wachee Marina! You can't beat this home for a quick getaway or a long stay. Great wifi if you need to work a bit or stream your favorite movies. Fully stocked kitchen with cozy fireplace to keep warm on the chilly nights. Huge porch with all windows to make you feel right next to the water with a big TV so you have the best of both worlds. We supply kayaks, paddle boards and towels so it is as carefree and relaxing as you can get.

This property was recently renovated and the river access was beautiful. It had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It was clean and located in walking distance to the Upper Decker. We loved it!

Cute place but note it is on a main/busy road. Kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets were not in the best of shape. Listing noted 2 1/2 bathrooms, it is only 2 full baths. The home had a musty smell.

So relaxing

This was just what my family and I needed. 6 minutes away from Buccaneer bay, saw the mermaid show and it was amazing! The property was also amazing, and will definitely be going back!

Very nice place on the river right off the main road. Upper Deck restaurant practically next door. All the amenities to enjoy the river or just chill out. Had a great time!

5 days on wiki wachee

The property was clean and well stocked. We had a couple of common issues that the owner was very responsive. The only area and the reason that i lowered the overall rating was the advertised available equipment which was in disrepair. Two Kayaks had no back support, the third which had broken back support also had a hold in the kayak and took on water. One of two paddle boards needed air. There was an available pump. However, with 4 adults staying at the rental, we ended up having to rent equipment to kayak the river. Considering this was the main reason we came to the Wiki Wachee river, this was disappointing. We would have spent more time on the river and explore more of the bay had we not had to rent kayaking equipment.

Communication from first inquiry was excellent. House location is just as advertised. The doc is an amazing place to begin and end each day. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Would def recommend and stay here again.

A great time out from life’s busyness

A pleasant setting on a canal leading one way into the gulf, and another way into an area lined with properties on one side and the wilderness on the other side. Great for kayaking (provided). Lots of room for the four adults in our group, whether sleeping, cooking, eating, playing games, or watching TV. Very clean; good amenities, including washer and dryer. Manatees are sighted close by as well at near-by state parks. Many places to go, things to do, or you can do as we often did and just sit by the water, enjoying the cloudless sky and warm temperatures, while reading a book. A great place to be!

Absolutely the most fun

We had our family stay here for our Christmas Vacation. Ages 68-2 and EVERYONE enjoyed themselves. We took the kayaks and paddle boards out daily and enjoyed seeing the manatees and visiting the mermaids as well. Relaxing is what we all wanted and we definitely got this from this beautiful home.

Cute updated house.

Had a great stay. Very cute house. Beds were comfortable. Liked our adult children were in a separate sleeping area upstairs. The house is on a main road. There was traffic noise and driveway was difficult to get out of. But we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Great stay for us and our friends - great location for boats on the river!

Thank you for letting us stay at your home, we had a great time, clean house with everything we needed. The location near the boat ramp is awesome, deep water canal, and the dock is prime. The check in process was a little challenging, the lock box that housed the keys was not clearly described and it look some hunting to find. The description of the property shows 3 bedrooms. This was a bit deceiving. There are two full bedrooms and a loft that was considered the third bedroom. The loft does not have a door, and you must walk partially through the loft room to access one of the bedrooms. This was not a big deal for our group, but it was a surprise to find. I'd suggest adding a description of the loft room to better capture an accurate description. Overall we had a great stay, and would recommend - thank you!

Awesome!!!

We loved the Rogers Park Retreat. The house was super clean and there was plenty of room. The sunroom is even air conditioned! They have added a sun shade outside which is not shown in the pictures. Very helpful with this Florida heat! They also added some fencing in the front yard. Which makes the yard more secure if you're bringing your dog, which we did. The floating dock makes it easy to launch kayaks. A couple of us brought our own but we also made use of the ones that were available at the house. There were three single kayaks, one double kayak and two stand-up paddle boards. Fun was had by all! Definitely would rent again.

Easy River Access

This was the perfect spot to accommodate my friends and I for a quick weekend away to the river. Took like 5 minutes to paddle to main river. Accommodations were conveniently located, clean; and had a tv in every room. Would definitely go back!

Fun times

Good property to stay. Just be aware the property has 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd one is an open loft area and person staying in that room must walk through a second bedroom to use bathroom. A water/ice hookup would be appreciated on the refrigerator, as well as a toaster. Property was very clean.

We loved this house!

I stay on the river every year with a group to do a paddle board trip. The location was perfect, was a short paddle from the main river and walking distance from the restaurant and Roger’s park. The house looks like it was recently renovated, it’s super cute and there was plenty of room for our large group. We loved sitting out on the dock and also loved there was a separate porch/room with a tv, the girls pretty much took over the house so the guys sat out there and watched tv. No major issues, we couldn’t get the ice maker in refrigerator to work but there was an ice machine in walking distance from the house. The neighbors were so nice and have 3 adorable dogs which they let us pet, I read a previous review where someone said the dogs barked, we never had an issue. The property owners were always quick to respond and friendly, we would definitely rent this place again.

Great Location but you should know....

This home is in a great location. We loved sitting on the dock, kayaking, and walking to the restaurant. However, be aware the home beside here is in repair from the recent Hurricane. It can be loud at times!
