The Space:

This light-filled Pōhara holiday home offers a relaxed and comfortable layout, ideal for couples, families, or friends. The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where a modern, well-equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and lounge spaces, creating an easy and social environment.



Large windows throughout the home invite in plenty of natural light and frame peaceful views of the surrounding greenery and hills. The lounge is comfortably furnished, providing a welcoming space to unwind after a day exploring Golden Bay.



The house features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, along with an additional separate toilet on this level. Downstairs offers a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two single beds, serviced by a full bathroom.



Outdoor areas and a balcony provide space to enjoy the fresh air and quiet setting, whether for a morning coffee or an evening wind-down. The beach is just a two-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the coast at any time of day.
