Thank you for rating the condo and location a 10!! This lets future guest know that this condo is as great as it sounds, and that you are right on the beach. They can schedule here for a memorable vacation. Thank you

Thank you for your review. The condo was remolded from floor to ceiling. All new appliances, and furniture. It s still right on the beach with the large slider opening to the beach. I hope you enjoyed your stay. Patty

I am so glad you have a nice stay. The condo is newly remolded from floor to celling. The condo is right on the beach so you have a view of the ocean and sand from the entire front suite. I hope you return for another getaway soon. You can book a year in advance to make sure you get the dates you want. Thank you, Patty

I am so glad you loved the condo and all it had to offer. Sounds like you had a great stay, the view is the best, watch the ocean and hear the waves crash to the shore. I hope to have you back again soon for another wonderful stay. Patty

The condo is in a great location for day trips. Its a nice place to come back to at the end of the day. The day does not have to end, the beach is lite by lights on our roof most of the night. So you can do long walks or bonfires after dark. I always try to respond to guest as quick as I can so they don't waste a minute of their time to play or relax. I hope you come back and stay again soon. Patty

Thank you for the positive review... the best is that it sounds like you had a fantastic time. I hope to have you back again. Patty

Thank you for the 10 rating. This is a great condo, remolded from ceiling to floor. The condo had all the comforts you need for a great getaway to relax at the beach. As you can see, it is right on the beach!!

Thank you for your review. Yes, I agree waking to that blue ocean and beautiful sunrise colors is a great way to start a day. You are so close to the beach you can watch the ocean roll in all day long. I hope you stay again soon. Patty

Thank you for your review. The condo is right on the beach and you have a full view of the beautiful ocean and sandy beach. I know you stayed in a different condo because this condo is being remolded an was not guest ready. Thank for understanding. Patty

I am glad you found the condo clean and furnishings to you liking. Its almost that time of year to book again. Feel fee to look at the calendar and choose dates that will be good for you. Patty

I am so glad you had a good stay. The ocean waves are beautiful, and those miles of flat sandy beach to explore. Pool area was resurfaced a few years ago. but... humid air and heat does a job on things. Hope you come back soon. Patty

New Kitchen, sounds like a few things need added. I am glad you enjoyed the location of the condo and walked on the wonderful beach right outside the condo. Thank you for the review. Patty

Glad you had a good time! I try to make the check in and out easy for guests, so you can get busy with fun on the beach... I keep my phone by me at all times so that if a guest needs something, I can get it taken care of in a timely manner. I did let housekeeping know that they need to double check, to make sure things are guest ready. Patty

Thank you for your review. Yes, the ocean is steps away!!! Its a great condo for families, kids can get out easy , steps to the beach and have room in the condo to play also. Its great for kids to run back in to get a quick snack. I hope to have you back. Patty
