Oceanfront Suite - Beach Access - Heated Pool and Hot Tub!

Summary:

Unit 206 is an oceanfront suite with a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room, sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the private balcony or get closer to the waves with our easy beach access. Use the HOA provided heated indoor pool, or walk downtown from our central location in Lincoln City. Unwind after the day's adventures with a meal cooked in the fully stocked kitchen (full sized appliances!), and some time in the walk-in shower



The Space:

Unit 206 is an oceanfront suite with a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room, sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the private balcony or get closer to the waves with our easy beach access. Use the HOA-provided heated indoor pool, or walk downtown from our central location in Lincoln City. Unwind after the day's adventures with a meal cooked in the fully stocked kitchen (full sized appliances!), and some time in the walk-in shower.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Great Location

Nice and clean room with full kitchen. Space was the perfect size for the two of us and even had the pull out bed that would have been perfect if we had brought the kids. We would go again as it was a perfect location for beach access and close to other amenities.

The murphy bed in the living room is great for kids, or even adults that prefer to listen to the ocean as they sleep! And the keyless entry system means there's no keeping track of a keycard, which is especially nice with children. Fabulous Beach Trip

A friend was here from MN and we had an absolutely wonderful time. We were very relaxed and comfortable. GREAT view of the Pacific. Beds, including the Murphy bed, were very comfortable. Location is perfect. The only negative was that the kitchen could be a little better stocked, but we would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved it!!!!

The view is amazing, that is where the pros pretty much end. The pictures of the unit must have been taken awhile ago because everything looks and feels old. The musty smell was overwhelming and off putting. It was extremely hard to find info on how to access the unit. The place had emailed me a contract to sign but it had gone to my junk box and nowhere in the Expedia description did it alert you to expect an email from the hotel. I was also unable to access any info on our stay through the Expedia app so there was a discontinuity between Expedia and The D Sands. I will say that Henry was very helpful in getting us settled in once we arrived. I will not stay here again.

When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was a huge stain on the carpet, so I took a picture of it. The next thing that happened was the door to the patio balcony would not lock, the deadbolt was broken. I went to the front desk to report it and let them know that we could not lock our room when we left for the day. The maintenance guy came up to fix it but was unable and said that he would be back in the morning, mean while the deadbolt was left in pieces. Nobody came the following morning or the day!! The deadbolt was still broken when we left on Monday. So not a great experience!!
