Thank you!! I am glad you found the condo right for your family stay. Yes, the beach is right outside and easy access for kids and parents. Lots of sand to play in and miles of flat beach to walk on. Always looking for treasures or building something in the sand. I hope to you have back soon for another beach getaway. Patty

Ground level, easy access to the beach. Ocean views for miles. Quick walk or drive to the beauty of Lincoln city sites or shopping. Centrally located on the Oregon Coast. We spent some days going north an hour or so and exploring all the different towns and some days going south. So much to see. So many State parks with easy access to beaches or view points. Patty was friendly and had open communication. The staff on-site for the property were friendly and helpful. Amazing place.

So nice to hear you say it made you feel like home, there is no better complement!! The beach is great also. There are so many activities to do on the beach and in town, which is only a short walk. Great indoor salt water swimming pool on site, close to this condo so you don't freeze when you get out. Also, glass blown balls are hidden along the beach outside. I hope to have you back again soon. Thank you, Patty

The condo was beautiful, very comfortable. The Murphy bed wasn’t functional, but there was a pull-out bed in the couch that was and it was easy to put it away when it wasn’t being used. Everything was clean and well maintained. The view out the sliding glass doors was hypnotizing, watching the waves and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware and we ate a meal in both days which made us feel less guilty about the shopping we did! Expectations were reasonable, take out the garbage when you leave and wash any dishes you use. Our only complaint was the internet wasn't reliable, both my sister and I like to listen to music and audio books in the evening and it was off and on both nights.

Thank you for the 10 rating. I am glad you found the condo with items to make your stay more enjoyable. I am sorry the Murphy bed was not usable. I bought a new one and it did not work right so I blocked it off and unfortunately they came an took it back. So.. I am waiting or a replacement. I am so glad I have the new sofa sleeper there. Yes, the view is the best right outside the slider and only steps to the beach. I hope you return for your next beach getaway. Patty

Our family owned beach home was originally bought by my mother and father in 1978; whose footprints in the sand have now faded. For years we have been able to build wonderful memories and share much laughter here. I have enjoyed watching my daughters grow up here, playing in the sand and the sun. It has been a wonderful place to get away from it all and leave the hustle and the bustle of the city behind for a weekend or for a week. Now my daughters are grown and we still love spending time here together.. I hope you will come and enjoy the coast and build beautiful memories of your own.
