KARMA ON COMPASS is a lovely 2 storey, 3 bedroom holiday home with plenty of room to move! Accommodating up to 8 guests, plenty of room for parking and the boat, a large games area downstairs! An ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula getaway!

Upstairs:
Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with ceramic cooktop, toaster, kettle, DeLonghi coffee machine with milk frother, air-fryer, rice cooker, pantry. Island bench with stools.

Living area with 8 seater dining table/chairs, toddler dining booster seat, 3 seater lounge, L shaped lounge, large smart TV, coffee table - (please note combustion heater shown in lounge picture is not for use). Small assortment of games, books and puzzles.
Doors leading out to large balcony with outdoor setting, sea glimpses, stairs leading down to ground floor, child stair gate.

3 bedrooms, main bedroom with ensuite, shower, vanity and w/c.
Main bathroom with walk-in shower, large vanity, top loading washing machine, separate w/c.

Downstairs:
Large games area with 2 seater lounge, billiard table, table tennis table, basketball game, foosball.
Chest freezer for bait only.
Four burner BBQ, fish cleaning table on wheels to be used outside on gravel.

Bed configuration - Upstairs: bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen with baby cot - bed 3 - queen with 2 single beds
Please note- if using the baby cot you will need to bring all your own bedding.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, IGA, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, hotel. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

$350 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$300 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$250 per night
