SEA BREEZE AT COOBOWIE is a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and is perfect for 4 couples with a short walk to the beach and pub.

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, electric under bench oven with ceramic stove top, microwave, filtered water tap, dining, living area with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, large TV, DVD, ceiling fans.

Main bedroom with ensuite, wall mounted TV, built in robe.

Main bathroom with full size bath, walk-in shower, vanity, separate w/c.

Laundry with front loading washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Gas BBQ.

Rear undercover deck with outdoor setting.
Pullout clothesline.

Plenty of parking space for cars and boats.

Garage not for guests use.

Coobowie is a small relaxed coastal town with a general store/takeaway, and hotel.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - queen

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$230 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$210 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$190 per night

Our getaway in Coobowie

Overall the house was well appointed. Almost everything we required was available. The only disappointment was the cleanliness, can accept dust but the outside table still had food spills and drink rings, food scraps in the kitchen bin was smelly, cleaning towel still in basket in laundry

Property is great and well laid out. Good location if you have a boat to go fishing. Nice neighbours, quiet location.Walking distance to Coobowie pub.

Lots of space with 4 x queen beds

A good building in a great spot. A short walk to the Coobowie Hotel and the beach. Lots of space in the property with 4 x queen beds, 2 bathrooms. Good sized kitchen and living area, plus two outdoor seating areas/decks. But, BYOB bedding, towels, toilet paper, etc, etc isn’t ideal. A few details are missing or unfinished. A couple of furniture items were broken by previous guests but not removed - e.g. the chair that collapsed under me. A little more attention to the details would go a long way. But very hard to beat the location and space/layout of the house.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely would not recommend this house to anyone unless you like the smell of your own faeces, the septic tank was full and smelt so bad it went through the whole house everyone in the house got sick and it definitely wasn’t pleasant! Nice house but wouldn’t recommend!

Fantastic place

We had everything but the wifi. And that was great we talked to each other. Breakfast on the front deck and dinner on the back. Short walk to the beach for a swim. Awesome stay thank you

Great place to stay…

We stayed here for a very short trip when we were participating in the JLF Trek. We arrived late and left early, but this place was exactly what we needed- neat, tidy and plenty of space for us! Perfect for us!
