The Salty Seabreeze- Dog friendly! Off Peak Special!

THE SALTY SEABREEZE is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 7 guests with only a short walk to the beach and hotel. Plenty of room for parking and the boat!

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, freestanding electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine (BYO large pods), electric frypan, toastie machine, sandwich press, air fryer, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner. Living area with L shaped lounge and single seat, large smart TV, DVD/VCR, assorted movies, combustion wood heater (BYO wood), dining table/chairs.

3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, basin, w/c, top loading washing machine.

Large rear yard, undercover patio with outdoor setting, fish cleaning facility.

Dog friendly - please note yard is not fully fenced.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - double, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top).

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Coobowie is a small relaxed coastal town with a general store/takeaway, and hotel/pub.

No smoking inside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was exactly how it was in the photos. Perfect for anyone with a walker as mum could get around without any trouble. The pub was the perfect spot to enjoy a meal and a drink after a day of diving around the national park and is only a short walk . Will be keeping the place in mind for any other holidays down this way and will be telling everyone .

Good location but issues with the electrical

Overall the property was okay and was a good location. There were some issues with the fuse tripping multiple times, the elements on the stove setting off the fire alarm and the tv turning itself on.

Coobowie is a very quiet and peaceful town to take a relaxing break.The house was very clean, in fact much cleaner than some other places we have stayed.The staff from Yorkes were very helpful and friendly and quickly sorted out a problem with the keys as well as offering advice on good places to eat.The local pub does great meals and there is a lovely cafe 5 minutes away in Edithburgh, The Location Cafe.The property is pet friendly but could do with a front gate to keep pets inside the property. Our dog does not wander off but many do.A quiet retreat and good base to explore Yorke Peninsular at a moderate cost.
