Hill Country Cabin 3

Summary:

Kick back and relax in this secluded space. Located in the Texas Hill Country between Austin & San Antonio we are close to many of the wonderful attractions, such as Schlitterbahn, tubing on the Guadalupe River, boating on Canyon Lake, wineries, breweries and distilleries! Want to spend time in a city, we are located 50 miles from San Antonio and Fredericksburg , 60 miles from Austin. Close to Blanco and Wimberly. If you just want to chill, enjoy a glass of wine or an ice-cold beer on us!



The Space:

This cozy cabin is situated under majestic oaks with breath taking views. This single room includes a kitchenette (mini fridge, sink, microwave and coffee maker) and a 3/4 bathroom. Enjoy your coffee on the front porch gazing out into the pasture. Sit under the oaks with your nightly cocktail, beer or wine while cooking your steak on the grill. Coming with other couples, girlfriends or a guys getaway check out one of our other cabins. They are close enough to each other but far enough for your privacy.



Guest Access:

You will be provided with the code to enter the unit 24 hours before arrival. The code will be activated 30 minutes before check in (4pm) and deactivated 30 minutes after checkout unless other arrangements have been made.



Gate Clicker Policy

Gate clickers for entrance and exit are provided for your convenience.

Please return the clicker to the drop box located at the gate upon departure.

A $50.00 fee will be charged for any unreturned clickers.



The Neighborhood:

C&C Family Ranch is located at the end of a rugged, secluded road a few minutes from the main road.



Getting Around:

A car is a must. The closest grocery store is about 10 minutes away. There is not public transportation so if you need to get to Whitewater Amphitheatre and don’t want to deal with parking and traffic, let us know and we can arrange a ride for you. Ready for your Wine Tour, let us help you plan the day. The road comings into the property is “rugged” and is not suited for low riding vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

The main road to the property is a very "rugged" road with no streetlights and lots of potholes (some are pretty big). Not recommend for low riding vehicles

You will be removed from the property with no refund for the following reasons:

1) The fenced pasture and barn are off limits to guests. The barn has 2 cameras inside and 1 pointed towards the barn driveway.

2) The use of fireworks of any kind.

3) Burning during a burn ban (you will be notified when there is a burn ban).

4) Feeding, petting or harassing of the horses.

5) A gate clicker will be on the table

6) No Pets Allowed
