Welcome to this gorgeous country home situated on 5 beautiful acres in Florence KY. Centrally located between the Ark Encounter and downtown Cincinnati.

Enjoy the seclude country views while still being conveniently located right off of I75. Minutes to the Bengals Stadium, Reds Stadium, Ark Encounter, CVG, parks, grocery stores, and more.

Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the wraparound around porch or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit - you will love your stay here!



The Space:

Enjoy the spacious living room and well-stocked kitchen. First floor primary en-suite bathroom with a jet tub, plus an additional bedroom off the foyer. There are two more bedrooms upstairs with a full bath between.

The finished basement is complete with games, another bedroom, large TV, and convenient walkout to hot tub and fire pit.

(Note, due to county laws, no more than 10 guests are permitted to stay overnight in the home)



Guest Access:

Guests have access entire to the home aside from locked storage areas. G

Entry is through the front door using a unique key code.

Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.

Check-in info is sent prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located on 5 acres with a secluded county view. There are 2 other homes that share the same driveway on a total of 17 acres- one on the left of this home and then one on the back of the property. We live in the house at the back of the property.

Interaction with Guests:

We are always a message or phone call away if assistance is needed.

We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.

Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.
