When you walk up the steps to enter the Condo, you will love how updated it is, yet still has a timeless Ocean City Beach House feel. You’ll fall in love with the thoughtful beach decor and open Living Space with cozy furnishings, including a Sleeper Sofa. The Living Room and Kitchen flow perfectly, allowing you to make the most of quality time while relaxing in the AC together. Whether enjoying the Free WiFi, watching a movie on the Flat Screen TV, or enjoying a family game night together, this condo offers a great space to make wonderful family memories year after year. Don’t feel like eating out? Meals are no problem at all in this open and well-equipped kitchen! Whether you are grabbing a quick snack before the beach or cooking a quiet family dinner, the Chef in your family will appreciate having all the conveniences of home, right at their fingertips. There is even a stacked Washer/Dryer for your convenience.

Bedroom 1 is a quiet retreat that will comfortably sleep 2 with a cozy Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and Attached Bath with Walk-in Shower. Bedroom 2 has a fun Coastal flair with its beachy decor and cozy bedding, and sleeps 2 with a Full Bed and Flat Screen TV. The Shared Full Bath has been thoughtfully updated and is home to a Shower/Tub Combo to make freshening up after a day of fun a breeze. After everyone has drifted off to sleep, just imagine relaxing out on the front patio with a nice glass of wine reminiscing about the wonderful day you just had!

Bayside Retreat 3 is just a short walk from the Beach, some of Ocean City’s best Dining and entertainment such as Buxy’s Salty Dog, Coins Pub, Jolly Rogers and so much more! Ocean City’s famous Boardwalk with a wide variety of dining, shopping, and amusements for all ages is a short drive away! While you are calling Bayside Retreat 3 home, the only thing to do is Beach more and Worry Less!!

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
