We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door of Mini Pearl . She was so clean well appointed and fun . The main bedroom is upstairs and overlooks a beautiful courtyard with a lovely pond . We kept the windows open to the lovely waterfall all night .The bathrooms were well appointed and so clean. We loved our visit and cant wait for our next stay.

Couldn't ask for a nicer home away from home while we remodel our home. Sunny, spotless and charming and in a great neighborhood. We loved going to the local bakery and taking walks with our dog on the nearby powerline trails. Great being near Georgetown. Lovely outdoor space and the host was super responsive. Even the dog relaxed while we were there. It really is a gem.

WOW. We really really loved this place and will 100% book it again next time we come to Seattle. It exceeds the pictures and description. ** Hot tub is SPARKLING clean and in a spot that feels secluded and relaxing.** Landscaping and FENCED, PRIVATE outdoor space is gorgeous.** House is CLEAN, everything feels new and thoughtful, lots of helpful little instructions everywhere, great HVAC, washer/dryer/dishwasher all easy to use, fridge was spotless, kitchen has everything you need.** On the map it looks maybe south of where you'd want to be for Seattle but it's actually a really quick drive from everything and we thought it was perfectly a bit away from hustle/bustle (nicer for our dog!) and really appreciated the easy parking.** Feels sophisticated enough for adults but crucially is not full of breakables so we didn't have to spend every minute worrying about kids touching stuff.
