Beautiful view of Sicamous. The property was orderly and tidy. It had everything we needed for our stay and Samantha was quick to respond and made sure to provide all the details required for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. We were a family of six—including grandparents, my husband and me, and our two kids (ages 3 and 7)—and the space worked very well for all of us. The view was absolutely spectacular and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. We also appreciated having restaurants and a convenience store nearby, which made everything easy and convenient for our family. During our visit, the bridge leading to the property was under construction, so it took us a little extra time to find the public beach. Once we figured it out, it was no problem. Overall, we had a memorable and relaxing stay, and we would be happy to come back again.

Upstairs toilet seat looks pretty rough, and that tub has some staining in it. Besides that, pretty darn excellent

Samantha was excellent to deal with. Her responses were always prompt and helpful.Beautiful setting, private with spectacular views of the Shuswap lake and surroundings. I would have rated 5 stars but some factors beyond the owner’s control were the inconvenience of the bridge construction, although Samantha shared that with us at the time of booking, and access to the bike trail is awkward as you need to transport the bikes via your car due to the long steep road up. Although once on the trail along the Mara channel and Mara Lake you are treated to a gorgeous ride, plus there is a short ferry ride available to take your bike across the channel to tour Sicamous. Of course if you’re not planning to cycle the trail it wouldn’t be an issue…just enjoy the quiet and the spectacular Shuswap scenery! The propane bbq and fire box were both a plus. We’d love to go back.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. It was a pleasure hosting you both. I’m glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting, lake views, BBQ and fire table. We appreciate your understanding regarding the temporary bridge construction on Highway 1 and your helpful note for guests planning to cycle the nearby trails. We would welcome you back for another stay anytime!
