The Space:

An architectural statement set directly along Malibu’s shoreline. Dramatic glass expanses, clean contemporary lines, and an open coastal layout define the home’s design. Indoor living areas extend outward to expansive beachfront terraces, creating a setting centered around light, scale, and uninterrupted views.



The property includes a separate architectural guest house with striking round glass construction, adding a distinctive design element and additional private accommodations. A curated wellness collection featuring a private gym, sauna, steam room, and spa enhances the experience, while the gated setting ensures discretion and exclusivity throughout your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the full oceanfront estate, including all interior living spaces, beachfront decks, wellness amenities, and the separate architectural guest house. Direct access to the sand is available from the property. The home is privately gated and includes on-site parking.



The Neighborhood:

Situated along one of Malibu’s most prestigious stretches of coastline, the home is surrounded by private oceanfront residences and uninterrupted shoreline. Nearby, you’ll find renowned beachfront dining, boutique shopping, and scenic coastal drives, all within easy reach while maintaining a sense of privacy and seclusion.



Getting Around:

A private vehicle is recommended for exploring Malibu and the surrounding coastal communities. The property offers on-site parking, with Pacific Coast Highway providing direct access to Malibu’s beaches, dining destinations, and shopping areas. Ride services are readily available in the area.



As our guest, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your rental car at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas, all of our cars are well-optioned vehicles, ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Urus. Drive Awhile has something for everyone, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.



Other Things to Note:

Please message our team before booking. Contact the Home Manager first. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking.



To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully:



1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names prior to booking. Guest list and Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.



2) This property maintains a strict no-pet policy. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund.



3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke/vapor/gas detectors notify the fire department - $5000 fee for false alarms or rule violations (paid by guest). City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.



4) Quiet hours: 9pm to 9am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.



5) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.



6) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.



7) Day of Arrival:

Please let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. This is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us to maintain a secure environment.



Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.



Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.



When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.



8) Pool: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them.



Pool heating: Pool heating is available at an additional cost of $2,000 for the entire stay for reservations between 2–7 nights.

For reservations longer than 7 nights, pool heating costs will be higher. Please inquire for pricing prior to booking.

Guests must provide at least 48 hours’ advance notice if they would like the pool heated upon arrival, as it requires time to reach temperature.



9) This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.



10) Cleanliness:

We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.



11)**All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available.



12) To maintain the quality and condition of the home, guests are not permitted to move or rearrange any furniture without prior written approval. Moving furniture can cause damage to floors, walls, and the furnishings themselves.

Any unauthorized movement of furniture will result in an additional fee to cover inspection, repositioning, and any damages incurred.
